We provide a confidential and free advice service for individuals age 16 and over and can assist you with housing and related matters.
If you’re 16 to 30 our support workers could help you. We offer a range of Housing Support Services to help you to access and maintain your home.
We will make sure you get the right help from other parts our service and external agencies that can help you with your issues such as education and training, your mental and physical health, parenting skills or substance misuse.
Homes – Managed Tenancies
Our Managed properties are for clients who need Low level support. They can be a self-contained unit or a room in shared accommodation.
They are available for up to 2 years we will then help Tenants to move on to suitable, affordable accommodation.
Homes – Bond Guarantee Scheme
Our Bond Guarantee Scheme can help you if you’re over 18 years old, single or a couple, homeless or threatened with homelessness to access private rented accommodation.
If you’re unable to find the money for a bond then we may be able to help. We could provide your Landlord with a Guarantee in the form of a written agreement instead of a cash bond.

If you are a landlord thinking of letting your property, then Fusion Homes maybe a service worth using.
Our project aims to help homeless people find decent, affordable accommodation by offering landlords a range of benefits and support.
Learning & Employment
We offer support for people who need a helping hand to get them into work and would like to try learning something new. Our courses and workshops are fun and designed to increase your confidence and self-esteem.

Fusion Giving & Emporium
The scheme collects unwanted household goods and furniture free of charge. These items are then distributed to many vulnerable tenants across Kirklees to help them turn their house into a home.
Fair Chance Scheme
The Scheme accommodates, supports into employment and helps build sustainable life skills for young adults aged 18-24 who have experienced homelessness.
