All Services
Each person is allocated a Support Worker who they must meet with on a regular basis. Support can last for as long as the person and their Support Worker feel it is needed up to a maximum of 2 years.
Support will be offered for any issues that the person has, such as applying for a tenancy through the Council, private landlords or housing associations, budgeting on a low income and addressing debt issues, housing benefits advice and information, setting up a home and understanding tenancy obligations and access to our furniture recycling scheme. We will also refer people to other agencies who can offer help on other issues such as education and training.
Making a Referral
Referrals can be made by an agency or an individual during office hours. Many people choose to refer themselves by coming to one of our Drop In sessions. (Please contact our Market Street or Wesley Chambers offices for details)
All referrals are placed on a waiting list, which can be lengthy at times. Whilst on the waiting list, young people can attend our Drop In sessions in order to get support with urgent issues such as accommodation.
People on the waiting list are asked to let Fusion Housing know of any changes in their circumstances. Once their name is near the top of the waiting list we will make contact with them about this. If we cannot make contact they may be taken off the waiting list.
Please use the referral form below.
